Application of The Third Ray Anointing Oil
Breathing Exercise - Cobra, Breath of Light
Place a drop of Third Ray Anointing Oil on your heart and onto the palm of your hands. Then, rub your hands together.
Cup your hands over your face with the base of your palm slightly over your nostrils and the tips of your fingers slightly above your eyebrows.
Finally, take a minimum of 12 deep inhales into every facet of your heart and practice breathing in and out your nose. (repeat a minimum of 3 times)
Remember to practice breathing out both through your nose and mouth. Continuous deep inhales into the heart and exhales through the nose is an excellent exercise to build up these muscles and systems, and also promotes natural healing on all levels, bodies, and fields. This healing also promotes a heart chakra expansion with ease and grace. A heart chakra expansion is necessary for full integration of the gifts-virtues associated with all the Rays of Light and Sacred Fires.

"The Heart Chakra Expansion Meditation"
Place the Third Ray Anointing Oil directly in the center of your heart chakra, and call upon Paul The Venetian and Sanat Kumara to aid in the blessed heart expansion with ease and grace. Visualize Light (them) by both of your sides.
Then, begin to draw a vertical infinity ("8") on your chest, while intentionally breathing into every facet of the heart, interchangeably exhaling out the nose and mouth.
Paul the Venetian and Sanat Kumara both recommend drawing a vertical infinity ("8") on your chest at least 6 times, preferably 12, and expanding the vertical infinity symbol each time being very conscientious of taking in full breaths into your expanding diamond heart.
More importantly, Paul the Venetian and Sanat Kumara both urge to trust your inner guidance because the intent of this exercise alone will intuitively result in sets of 6 repetitive applications, so first master the breath work and inner peace before focusing on the numeric sets of repetitions
"Twin Flame Meditation"
Place the Third Ray Anointing Oil in the center of your heart chakra. Rub it in expanding clockwise circular motions.
Then, place each hand on both sides of your chest and call in the full integration of your twin flame within you. Breath in and throughout every facet of your heart and out your mouth, and say, "I AM THAT I AM, MY TWIN FLAME MANIFEST BLAZING FORTH NOW THE PURE WHITE FIERY CORE OF BEING, LOVE, LIGHT!!!"
"The Sacred Heart Meditation"
Place the Third Ray Anointing Oil in the center of your heart chakra and place a slight amount of pressure there. Visualize yourself inside your heart chakra and see the crystalline corridor within, and note, which, if any doors are closed.
Now connect with your divine crystalline child essence, run, skip, play, while you are opening up the doors of each room and see the full radiance of the Light streaming forth each room. The Lords of the Five Secret Rays of Light are also available to teach us the gifts of the rays concentrically streaming forth illuminating our ever-expanding three-fold flame, and the sacred geometry in this divine union. Elohim of the Third Ray, Heros and Amora
Elohim are builders of form. They particularly work with the energies that result from stellar and planetary alignments.
Through the power of love Heros and Amora radiate the balance of our electromagnetic poles, and also our subterranean grids. Their love is the "glue" that maintains the balance of our solar system. To help balance the earth’s internal grids and En-Lighten them they urge us to open all the doors-along the corridor of our sacred heart chamber. Reach the door/room containing the Magnetic Ruby Ray Light of Divine love and radiate this light into the subterranean levels within planet Earth for internal purification and radiation of the Light. This will also help to curtail the power of those and that, which opposes the Light.
They also urge us to diligently connect with our higher self by using the recommended exercises above, or any exercise you resonate with to connect with your higher self, and ask to be re-united with your twin flame for an expansion of the three-fold flame within an awakened heart.
