We will have time and space to share our experiences, and to support our processes of awakening of individual, planetary and collective awareness.

Your Arrival Into Paradise

June 19, Arrive at Chetumal Airport in Mexico and make yourself at home at Rancho Encantado. Rancho Encantado is situated on the forty-mile crystal clear Laguna Bacalar, Lagoon of Seven Colors. The freshwater lagoon is perfect for a night swim to unwind and step into a tropical oasis. Rancho Encantado is one the Yucatan's hidden treasures and is surrounded by tropical gardens, exotic fruit orchids and over 150 species of tropical birds. The meals are absolutely delectable and feature a variety of healthy exquisite dishes. The twelve beautifully designed private casitas are constructed with native mahogany and cedar or traditional palm-thatched ceilings, Mexican tile and hand-crafted furniture. Each casita has a kitchenette, living room and patio porch opening onto the gardens and lagoon.

The Art of Breathing at Dzibanche and Kinich-Na

June 20, that morning we create as a group and set our intentions for the trip. Then, we go to the remarkable Mayan city of Dzibanche, and the acropolis of Kinich-Na, where we will explore the Mayan architectural buildings honoring the elements, earth, air, water, fire and ether, as well as the importance of creating sacred space with these principal elements. We will cross over the temple that houses Plaza del Xilbalba (the Portal to the Otherworlds) linking the Templo de Cormororanes, which is the tallest building of Dzibanche and resembles the frontal lobes of the brain. Here, we will practice the art and skill of full intentional breaths into the heart.

That evening we will return to Rancho Encantado to enjoy a gourmet dinner and a beautiful evening of integration and relaxation.

The Art of Gazing at Kohunlich

June 21,  we celebrate summer solstice and venture off to the Mayan city of Kohunlich, which houses the infamous Templo de los Mascarones (Temple of the Masks), 3m-high stucco masks of the sun God. These Masks represent different ages of the sun, and mark the importance and art of gazing, the skill of learning to see the typically "unseen." At the peaceful green sunken central courtyard we will learn practical tools to engage in the art and skill of gazing. Then, we will practice this skill in front of the two bottom level masks. We will also explore the spiritual Cosmology and theories of Cosmogenesis (the creation of the world of the early Classic Maya) at the Kohunlich Ballcourt and enter into a sacred solstice ceremony.

That evening we will return to Rancho Encantado. You can treat yourself to a relaxing dip in the Jacuzzi and/or the beautiful freshwater lagoon. The stargazing inside the Jacuzzi is breathtaking.

The Pristine Energy at Becan

June 22, we will temporarily leave Rancho Encantado and go to the tropical paradise, Campeche State of Mexico. Here, we will visit one of the most impressive Mayan cities, Becan. Becan was centered by a moat that had seven causeways leading to the city. The city of Becan houses numerous temples that span over 6.6 miles. The energy at Becan is pristine and is perfect for inner peace and stillness meditations.

That evening we will stay at Chicanna Eco-Village, and enjoy a variety of specialty Mayan dishes, as well as American dishes. Please bring a backpack or small carry-on that will fit your travel gear for two nights and two days.

The Art of Toning at Calakmul

June 23, we will venture to the second largest Mayan cities, Calakmul. Calakmul is centered in the Calakmul Biosphere Reserve, which is one of the last Yucatan rainforests. The stellae and pyramids are breathtaking and range from 50ft to 150ft high. The swirling trees of the main plaza demonstrate the divine grace and beauty of the vortexes located at this site. We will engage in toning and use an Anointing Oil to expand the vibration and experience the amazing harmonics of the main plaza. The amazing momentum of the harmonics at the plaza is worth the entire week's trip!!!

We return after a day of exciting exploration to Chicanna Ecovillage, and share our experiences while we are enjoying a variety of specialty Mayan dishes, as well as American dishes.

Cosmic Rebirthing at Chicanna

June 24, we will explore the Mayan city of Chicanna, which uses a very distinct archeological design framed completely in relation to the various vortexes that lie at Chicanna. The Mayan Shaman Architects literally expanded the vortexes by designing the buildings in relation to the earth's ley lines, which can be seen by the circular groups of swirling trees. Here, we will enter into a shamanic journey to release that which no longer serves us, and enter into the cosmic mouth of Itzamna for a rebirthing. Then, we will make our way back to Rancho Encantado. We will also be honoring the Divine Feminine.

 Spiritual Rejuvenation at Cenote Azul

June 25, we will go to Cenote Azul, which is a large freshwater mineral filled pool that Mayans used (and still do) for healing, condition the skin and hair, as well as for spiritual rejuvenation. The cenote visit will be an afternoon event, so we have the rest of the day to go swimming, kayaking, sunbathe, meditate or enjoy a sweet siesta (mid-day nap). Please also keep in mind that Rancho Encantado offers exquisite spa services to find out more about the types of services that are offered and the prices visit: www.encantado.com/spa_treatments.htm. That evening we will regroup for breathwork, and a relaxing meditation.

A Do What You Like Day

June 26, A do what you like day. Go swimming in the gorgeous freshwater lagoon, kayaking, sunbathe, meditate, enjoy a sweet siesta (mid-day nap), or take advantage of Rancho Encantado's exquisite spa services. We will regroup before dinner for breathwork, and an integrative relaxing meditation.

 Departure Day

June 27, we make our way back home and take back all the gifts we have learned and integrated to continue to develop them and share with our loved ones.
