Application of The Fourth Ray Anointing Oil
Breathing Exercise - Cobra, Breath of Light
Place a drop of Fourth Ray Anointing Oil on your heart and onto the palm of your hands. Then, rub your hands together.
Cup your hands over your face with the base of your palm slightly over your nostrils and the tips of your fingers slightly above your eyebrows.
Finally, take a minimum of 12 deep inhales into every facet of your heart and practice breathing in and out your nose. (repeat a minimum of 3 times)
Remember to practice breathing out both through your nose and mouth. Continuous deep inhales into the heart and exhales through the nose is an excellent exercise to build up these muscles and systems, and also promotes natural healing on all levels, bodies, and fields. This healing also promotes a heart chakra expansion with ease and grace. A heart chakra expansion is necessary for full integration of the gifts-virtues associated with all the Rays of Light and Sacred Fires.
