Application of The First Ray Anointing Oil
Breathing Exercise - Cobra, Breath of Light
Place the First Ray Anointing Oil on the throat chakra and the heart and rub in clockwise circular motions. Then, rub your hands together.
Cup your hands over your face with the base of your palm slightly over your nostrils and the tips of your fingers slightly above your eyebrows.
Finally, take a minimum of 12 deeps inhales into every facet of your heart and practice breathing in and out your nose. (repeat a minimum of 3 times)
Remember to practice breathing out both through your nose and mouth. Continuous deep inhales into the heart and exhales through the nose is an excellent exercise to build up these muscles and systems, and also promotes natural healing on all levels, bodies, and fields. This healing also promotes a heart chakra expansion with ease and grace. A heart chakra expansion is necessary for full integration of the gifts-virtues associated with all the Rays of Light and Sacred Fires.

After the application of First Ray Anointing Oil, take deep profound breaths into your heart and breathe out through your nose. Visualize being enveloped in a cocoon of an iridescent blue light and/or blue flame armor ball. Then, visualize a three colored flame within your heart (three-fold flame), pink, yellow-gold and blue. Allow a blue ray to stream out of the blue flame within your heart and merge with your ever-expanding blue flame armor ball of iridescent blue. Remember to take deep inhales into your heart.
